Dispatch: We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.
Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the shipping company’s details.
Carrier Liability: While we use Express services, we are not liable for delays, damage, or missing parcels caused by the shipping company.
Claims: In the event of a missing or damaged parcel, the customer is responsible for lodging a claim directly with the shipping provider using the tracking information provided.
HEAT & WEATHER WARNING
Chocolate is highly sensitive to temperature. Even with Express Shipping, heat can affect the product during transit.
Customer Responsibility: Please consider the weather in your area when ordering.
No Replacements: We do not replace, credit, or refund products that have melted or been damaged during transport.
Receiver Availability: We highly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery immediately so the parcel is not left outdoors or in the sun.

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Palestine Chocolate Holdings Pty Ltd does not accept returns. All sales are final.
Refunds (If Applicable)

Approval: If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Why do you only offer Express Shipping?
Because we care about the quality of our chocolate. Express Shipping is the fastest way to get your order from our door to yours, minimizing the time it spends in transit.
What happens if my chocolate arrives melted?
While Express Shipping is fast, we cannot control the temperature during transport or at the delivery point. We do not take responsibility for melted chocolate, so please monitor your tracking information to ensure someone is home to receive the delivery.
Can I return my order?
Because our chocolate is a food product, we cannot accept returns. Please choose your flavors carefully before checking out.
How much of my purchase is donated?
Palestine Chocolate Holdings Pty Ltd donates 20 cents from every block sold to Palestinian causes. Thank you for supporting “A Taste of Hope.”
